§1 Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to all orders placed via www.bottegabotanika.com. The contracting party is Bottega Botanika GbR, Eldenaer Str. 27, 10247 Berlin, Germany. The shop is directed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
§2 Conclusion of contract
Product listings are a non-binding online catalogue, not a binding offer. Clicking the order button ("pay now"/equivalent wording) constitutes a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance by separate email.
§3 Prices and shipping
All prices include statutory VAT, plus shipping costs. Shipping within Germany is free from an order value of €70.00. Below that threshold, and for deliveries within Europe and the rest of the world, shipping costs vary and are shown transparently at checkout before the order is completed. Express shipping is also available on request, with costs communicated in advance.

Estimated delivery times: 2–3 business days within Germany, 7–14 business days within Europe, and 20–25 business days for the rest of the world and islands; express shipping with shorter delivery times is available on request. Payment via PayPal, Stripe, Flazio Pay or Google Pay. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
Statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 ff. BGB); note perishable-goods limitations for fresh products. Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal per the separate withdrawal notice. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in consumer arbitration board proceedings. German law applies, excluding the CISG, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
