You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bottega Botanika GbR, Eldenaer Str. 27, 10247 Berlin, Germany, email: bottegabotanika@posteo.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs from your choosing a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (§ 312g (2) no. 2 BGB). As Bottega Botanika sells fresh, quickly perishable goods only in person at the market stand and never ships them, this exception does not apply to any products sold and shipped through the online shop: the regular 14-day right of withdrawal applies without restriction to all online orders.
